Presets-for Lightroom ("we," "us," or "our") provides AI-powered photo editing services, including photo restoration, age transformation, anime effects, and professional filters. We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with global regulations such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data We Collect

User-Provided Data

Photos: When you use features like photo restoration or anime effects, we temporarily process your uploaded media to generate results. All original facial data and photo files are permanently deleted from our servers immediately after use.

Automated Collection

Crash Reports: Diagnostic data (device type, OS version) helps us fix bugs but never includes personal identifiers or your photos.

2. How We Use Your Data

AI Processing: Your media is analyzed solely to apply requested edits (e.g., deblurring, style transfer). No human reviews your content.

Service Improvement: Aggregated usage data guides feature development.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your biometric information for profit. Limited sharing occurs only as described below:

Cloud Provider: We deliver encrypted temporary storage on Cloud AI Service for AI processing. Original files are deleted immediately after use.

Specific Data Sent for Processing: When you upload a photo for anime stylization, age progression, or age regression, we transmit only the facial features and image data necessary to apply the requested transformation. No additional data (e.g., device contacts, location, or photo metadata) is sent.

Data Recipients: The above data is received only by our authorized AI service providerunder a data processing agreement that prohibits any independent use of your data. No other third parties (including advertisers, analytics firms, or other users) receive your original or transformed photos.

Your Consent Before Sharing: Before any photo is transmitted to our servers or to a third-party processor for AI transformation, we will explicitly ask for your permission via an in-app consent dialog. You may decline, in which case the feature will not be executed. No data is shared without your affirmative, informed consent.

4. Your Rights & Choices

Access/Delete Data: Clear cached images via Settings > Storage.

5. Security Measures

Encryption: All data transfers use TLS 1.3; stored files are AES-256 encrypted.

Retention: AI servers auto-purge media after processing.

6. Children’s Privacy

Presets-for Lightroom does not knowingly collect data from users under 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

We will notify users of material updates via in-app alerts or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
